DEE  WAS A MEMBER OF THE ORIGINAL ELTON JOHN BAND FROM 1970-1975 & 1980-1984.

DEE PASSED AWAY FROM MALIGNANT MELENOMA ON JANUARY 15, 1992, HE WAS ONLY 45 YEARS OLD. DEE WILL BE REMEBERED FOREVER AND LOVED BY HIS FRIENDS, FAMILY AND FAN OF THE ELTON JOHN BAND.
